Thank you for shopping with KG Fashion Hub. We take pride in providing high-quality, made-to-order products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

As all products are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong product

Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim is verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and, if confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
